We are burning the flat, finally!

The house is ready, the cucu is ready.....are u ready?
This friday....If you can not make not wory, we will have a drink for you! ! !

PS: Cucuhous (Yes, cucuhous, not cucuhouse for this time) illumination has changed to dark-sensual red colour. Whorehouse style, but very elegant at same time of couse. Style is very important.

A tavola si scordano li trivuli

In cucina a cucuhouse: Sicilia and mafia culture (especially the second) have become an all-time presence in the house for some time lately. Influences vary from our dvd that has been reading "the godfather" and "the sopranos" quite a lot, to other Italian influences (ehemm), without forgetting our predilection for the "chandal" style of mafiosi, good home-made cucina, and the red colour (for blood). The video was recorded when cooing for la famiglia.

  • A huge piece of beef
  • Pecorino
  • Salchichon/salami
  • 2-3 pieces of Garlic & 1 Ognion
  • 1 glass of red wine
  • 2 spoons of tomato concentrated
  • 6 spoons of olive oil (When I say olive oil, I mean extra-virgin olive oil, of course!)
  • Meat soup
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Music & guns

Put the "salsichon", the garlic and the pecorino inside the meat, and add salt and pepper. Close the meat and fry it with the ognion (small-cutted) until all sides are done and the ognion has good colour. Dilute the concentrated of tomato in the glass of wine and add it. When the wine has evaporated, cook the meat for 1 hour at medium fire while adding the meat soup every once in a while.
